Bouncer — Terms of Use

By using Bouncer you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

The service

Bouncer tracks jump-rope workouts on iPhone and Apple Watch. Jump counts, calories, and other metrics are estimates and are provided for informational purposes only — they are not medical advice. Consult a doctor before starting a new exercise program, and exercise at your own risk.

Bouncer Pro

  • Purchase: Bouncer Pro is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase. It is charged once, does not auto-renew, and does not expire. The price is shown in the app before purchase. Family Sharing is supported, so eligible family members can use the purchase without buying it separately.
  • No subscription, no trial: Bouncer Pro is not a subscription and has no free trial that converts to a paid charge.
  • Free daily unlock: the app also offers a free, one-time 24-hour unlock of Pro features per device, granted from within the app at no charge.
  • Restoring: if you reinstall the app or use a new device signed in with the same Apple ID, restore your purchase with Restore Purchases in the app.
  • Refunds: purchases are processed by Apple; refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the app or its services.

Intellectual property

The app, including its design, mascot, artwork, name, and underlying software, is our intellectual property or used under license. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the EULA linked above. No other rights are granted.

Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for injuries arising from exercise activities tracked with the app.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date.
